The BBA played at Cove BC on Wednesday 18th, losing 48-100. Here is the report.
The latest game involved a trip down the M3 to Cove where, as usual, we were
warmly greeted by the Club members who provided a player to make up the four
rinks, and an excellent meal after the game.
Sadly, the hospitality did not extend to the game which was played in a good spirit,
but left the BBA losing on all four rinks.
Our “best” rink was Glynis Atkins, Chas Smith, Ann Brown and Robin Gordon, who
overcame a 0-13 score after six ends to lose by only four shots.
Still, keep positive, and look forward to the next game – a new fixture against West
Hoathley.
