Due to small technical problem, we’ve not been able to update our results and match reports. so here’s a catch up.
Borough of Croydon – June 7th
A close fought match against Borough of Croydon was played at CMOs ground. We won 81-78 on a fairly fast green and lovely sunny weather.
The ladies of CMO provided bacon rolls on arrival and a welcome meal after the match.
Our top rink was Glynis Atkins, Mark Broughton Graeme Cupit and Martyn Johnson
Purley – June 14th
Another close game losing 76-78 but winning 3 rinks out of 5.
Our top rink was Sue Colwell, Mick Vernon Keith Atkins and Ed Rochford.
Pleasant company and a good game of bowls.
