The match was contested between four triples. Worthing started the match very strongly and soon built an early lead going 13-2 up after a few ends. BBA started to fight back but the match was heading the way of Worthing and at tea they had stretched their lead to 40-24. After tea however BBA made a strong showing ang the tide looked to have turned when BBA turned the tables and took the lead by 56-50. In a very closely contested match Worthing then began to show good home team form and started to take control eventually running out winners by 74-62. This was however a fine showing from BBA who gave the very strong club of Worthing a well contested match. BBA had one winning rink and a drawn rink together with two narrow defeats. Our top triple was that of John Mason, Yenda Smith and Paula Thompson. Congratulations to them on a fine victory.
